Welding is risky work that can cause eye fatigue so that can endanger workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of worker factors and welding light intensity with eye fatigue on welding workers the production section. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional approach by measuring the independent variables (worker factors and welding light intensity) and the dependent (eye fatigue). The results of this study indicate that the variables associated with eye fatigue are age (p value 0.031, OR 3.714), welding light intensity (p value 0.000, OR 77.271), refraction abnormalities (p value 0.026, OR 3.927). The results of the multivariate final stage model obtained variables that have the most dominant relationship with eye fatigue is the intensity of welding light with a value of OR 77.271 which means that workers with high weld light intensity have a risk of 77.271 times experiencing eye fatigue rather than age variables and refractive abnormalities. The intensity of welding light has the most dominant relationship with the eye fatigue of workers at PT. MTI, Balaraja - Tangerang is a high welding light intensity the risk of experiencing fatigue.
