Abstract

The article examines digital technologies that have a significant impact on the daily life of people and the management system of organizations. Automation of the management system allows small businesses to reduce costs, respond quickly to changes in the internal and external environment of the organization. For the development and development of programs to stimulate the activities of small and medium-sized businesses, it is necessary to monitor additional qualitative indicators of the digitalization of the economy following the example of the EU countries, including the number of small and medium-sized organizations using online sales; the percentage of revenue of these organizations in the e-commerce sector; online sales of small businesses abroad; use of RFID technologies, "cloud"services in organizations, CRM systems, ERP systems, the presence of a website in organizations, etc.
