Its goal is to identify both internal and external elements that influence employee performance, engagement, and overall satisfaction. The research explores aspects such as the workplace environment, recognition, career development opportunities, promotion prospects, work-life balance, and compensation. By gathering data through surveys and analyzing employee perceptions and experiences, the study offers insights into how these factors impact motivation and satisfaction.
