Abstract

In the yeast Saccharomyces diastaticus, expression of both glucoamylase-producing (STA) genes and a novel flocculation gene FLOS was greatly diminished by the mating-type locus MATa/MATα. © 1983, Japan Society for Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Agrochemistry. All rights reserved.
