Abstract

This research aims to find and analyze the effect of firm size, growth opportunity, and liquidity on capital structure simultaneously and partially. The research object used is a food and beverage company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. This research sample is 75 observation data from food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that firm size, growth opportunity, and liquidity simultaneously affect capital structure. Partially, liquidity harms capital structure; otherwise, firm size and growth opportunity do not affect capital structure.
