Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of occupational safety and health, work environment, and workload on employee performance at PT Aqua Farm Nusantara Ajibata. Research data was collected using questionnaire respondents and a saturated sample of respondents. The results of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis show that occupational safety and health (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test show that occupational safety and health (X1), work environment (X2), and workload (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on performance (Y). The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination of 0.696 indicate that 69.6% of employee performance variables are explained by the variables of occupational safety and health (X1), work environment (X2), workload (X3), and the remaining 30.4% are influenced by other variables not studied.
