Abstract
The purpose of this article is to describe the narratives produced by many Spanish-speaking bilingual children. Narratives elicited from children with and without language disorders are contrasted. Background information is presented regarding characteristics of bilingualism. Assessment and intervention suggestions are offered for Spanish-speaking bilingual children who have language impairments.
