Abstract

Businesses are demanding tools to simplify the integration of their multimedia communications platforms with their CRM suite(s). Companies want to use open standards and protocols that have been proven to make integration easier and less expensive. Out of the box Gplus adapters meet enterprise needs as they are based on industry standard web services, can be implemented within one to three weeks, and significantly reduce the system maintenance burden. As Genesys and its CRM partners make greater use of refined and enhanced web services protocols, integration will be further simplified.
