Abstract

Two colnpounds which were identifiedas fervenulinand toxofiavinwere jsoiatedas toxins producedby Pseudomonas glumae ,the causal agent of bacteria弖grain rot of rice .These toxins produced a chlorotic spot on leaves of rice seedlings at a concentration of about 10 ptgtmlor more . 〔t was also observed that the growth of leavesand roots of rice seedlings was rcduced when they were treated with these toxins ,
