Penulisan Kisah Fiksi dalam Perspektif Maqāṣid al-Syarī’ah

Abstract

This study aims to identify and understand the writing of fiction from the perspective of Maqāṣid al-Syarī`ah. This research uses descriptive-analytic research with qualitative (non-statistical) data collection methods, which focus on the study of texts and texts based on the juridical-normative approach. The results of the study indicate that the writing of fiction in the perspective of Maqāṣid al-Syarī`ah is permissible, subject to two conditions: first, the author states implicitly or explicitly that the story is imaginary; second, the content of fictional stories does not conflict with the teachings of Islam, but invites goodness.
