Abstract

"X-ray data are given for the following phases: high- and low-carnegieite, high- and low-nepheline, kalsilite, orthorhombic KAlSiO 4 , synthetic kaliophilite, natural kaliophilite, anomalous natural kaliophilite, tetrakalsilite, and 02. Comparison of the cell dimensions indicates that the structures of all the phases except carnegieite are based on a tridymite-type framework."
