Penerapan Metode Lempar Tangkap Bola Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Passing Atas Bola Voli

Abstract

The type of research used is that researchers use collaboration with teachers to conduct classroom action research. This study was carried out 4 times face-to-face or two cycles, each cycle there are still two face-to-face. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence volleyball learning has on the application of the ball capture throwing method to improve passing results for class VIII B volleyball at SMPN I Bendo Magetan. The subjects of this study were class VIII B students of SMPN I Bendo, totaling 31 children. The data collection technique in this study was to use an observation sheet. This research method is to use the cycle adopted from Arikunto. The results of this study explain the increase in passing over volleyball through the application of the ball capture throwing method to class VIII B students of SMPN I Bendo, totaling 31 children. This study aims to be able to determine the effect of the application of the ball capture throwing method on improving passing results for volleyball students of class VIII B of SMPN I Bendo. The data is obtained through the observation sheet of the passing ability of the volleyball. Based on the results of qualitative descriptive data analysis, the application of the ball capture throwing method in improving volleyball passing in grade VIII B students of SMPN I Bendo showed the final results of the upper passing ability: Incomplete category (17%) with a total of 26 students from 31 students overall, Complete Category: (83%) with a total of 5 students from 31 students overall. This research can be concluded that the implementation of volleyball learning by applying the ball capture throwing method can be used as an alternative to improve upper passing ability while reducing student saturation because this method is in the form of a game method.
