Abstract

The improved bridge rectifier shown in this study was built utilizing four Schottky diodes. In order to precisely forecast the rectifier performances, the Microwave rectifier has been simulated on Agilent ADS 2019 at 2.45 GHz with associated circuit techniques. Since the provided rectifier's circuit is devoid of an HF filter and a bypass capacitor, it is both compact and effective. At 1.2 mW power at the input terminal, the circuit has a maximum efficiency of 52.248% while converting RF to DC.
