Abstract

The meaning of work is the effort to solve certain activities together with the union of several individuals, it allows the human being to achieve dreams and goals (DUTRA; KOLLER, 2014). Teleworking is a modality of work performed in a flexible way, which can be performed inside or outside a company (RODRIGUES, 2011). The purpose of this article is to analyze the perception of teachers and the private Higher Education Institution (HEI) regarding the experience of teleworking during the Covid-19 pandemic period. The research was characterized in a descriptive and qualitative manner followed by semi-structured interviews, where they were applied to teachers and the academic director of the IES. With the results of this research it is possible to identify how this period of adaptation to online classes was, how the teachers reorganized themselves to meet the students' demands, what are the advantages and disadvantages identified by the teachers and how they evaluated this experience. Thus, it demonstrates the importance of this theme and its connection with teachers, being directly linked during the Covid-19 pandemic period. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
