Abstract

Secondary dialkylphosphines and chlorodialkylphosphines are some of the most common starting points in ligand synthesis; however, sourcing these synthons can be troublesome. In this paper, we present scalable synthetic routes to the iso-propyl, tert-butyl, and cyclohexyl derivatives. Detailed experimental procedures are given to allow for ease of synthesis.
