Abstract

The technique of crime of endangerment has generated an expansion of criminal law in areas like criminal protection of collective rights. In order to be consistent with the principle of harm, it is necessary to examine the demands regarding the unfair behavior and how could be the collective rights injured. In order to check the position assumed in this paper, the legal right of public safety is analyzed and, in particular, the crime of manufacturing, trafficking, possession or possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.
