With the growing integration of information technology into education, the demand for flexible, scalable, and With the growing integration of information technology into education, the demand for flexible, scalable, and accessible online learning platforms has significantly increased - especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, which accelerated the transition from traditional classroom instruction to digital learning environments. In response to these evolving educational needs, this paper presents the design and implementation of an online learning platform developed using Python and a decoupled front-end/back-end architecture. The backend system is constructed using the Django framework to manage user data, authentication, and course content, while the frontend is developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver an interactive and responsive user interface. Core features of the platform include user registration, authentication, course browsing, and profile management. After deployment and comprehensive testing, the system demonstrated lightweight architecture, efficient resource usage, and extensibility, making it suitable for educational institutions and individual learners. This work contributes to the field of educational technology by offering a practical and adaptable Python-based e-learning solution aligned with the Internet Plus strategy.
