Abstract

The hardiness is a variable of great importance in the protection of health, so the validation and adaptation The instruments to evaluate it are necessary. The objective of the research was to evaluate the psychometric of of the Hardiness Questionnaire (non-work version) for a sample of the Cuban population. An properties study was carried out based on the quantitative research paradigm.
