Abstract
In article number 1707152, Nan Ma and co‐workers develop a new class of DNA‐templated magnetic nanoparticle‐quantum dot‐aptamer polymers (MQAPs) for ultrasensitive capture and detection of circulating tumor cells from human blood with high capture efficiency and purity approaching 80%. These MQAPs exhibit amplified magnetic response, extraordinary binding selectivity for target cells, and ultra‐bright quantum dot photoluminescence for single cell detection and phenotype profiling.
