Abstract

The paper aims to analyze the trajectory of Tourism Bachelor Career thinking about the career path as a line of studies. An exploratory qualitative research was performed to know more about that. The steps of individuals training were appreciated, adjusting the reports to the career patterns. It was noticed that most graduates work in the field, however a part of them is unemployed or working in other professional segment. In general, the subjects reported few job alternatives and low earnings in relation to individuals that are not working with Tourism. On average they receive more than those who are working in the area. About the career models it was found that most individuals seek stability, especially those who are not working. In general, they want a work in public tender, in Tourism or any other, since they have financial and professional tranquility.
