Abstract

A VIKOR decision making method based on grey group clustering (GGC) and improved criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (ICRITIC) combination weighting is proposed to deal with the problem of weapon equipment supplier selection. The optimization indicator system of weapon equipment supplier selection is constructed by the group analytic hierarchy process method which considers the variation degree of decision makers. Combined with GGC subjective weight and ICRITIC objective weight approach, the weight preference coefficient is proposed to determine the indicator weight by additive combination weighting. The VIKOR decision making method is used to aggregate compromise ranking values of alternative suppliers. The comparison with different compromise coefficients, sorting and weighting approaches from flexibility and stability dimensions verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
