Abstract
An equation of state is developed that best predicts high-P ahd high-T thermodynamic properties of H2O and CO2. Attractive and repulsive parameters involved in formulation of the equation are discussed, with particular reference to the assumption that the attractive term is a function of both P and T rather than T only. These are discussed relative not only to the properties of the pure gases, but also to H2O-CO2 mixtures.M.S.
