Calculations for electromagnetic linear pump with magnetic fluid as movable element

Abstract

This paper describes magnetic fluid pumps and presents a new design of the magnetic fluid pump. It also shows the magnetic calculations for the pumping force and the calculations of counteract internal friction force. The presented calculation results confirm the correctness of the proposed design and enable the construction of a prototype of the new magnetic fluid pump.
