Abstract

The collaboration between universities and companies in Morocco has undergone remarkable development in recent years. In order to make this collaboration a success, authorities and public universities have adopted several policies and programs that aim at, overall, the establishment of an efficient national system of technological innovation. Unfortunately, efforts made to date have not allowed universities to reach their full potential. This paper will analyses the different policies and programs related to TT. The main objectives are to model the current process of TT in universities and to propose appropriate activities to promote value chain for the TT process.
