Abstract
Digitalization has promoted the production management of construction enterprises. In the process of decision-making management, the imitation learning and herd effect of construction enterprises should be taken into account in the decision-making behavior that affects the adoption of digital technology by this subject. This study employs game theory to construct the adoption decision model and diffusion model of enterprise groups on digital technology issues. Through numerical simulation, it investigates the impact of communication benefits, communication intensity, and the initial proportion of adopted technologies of construction enterprises on their adoption of digital technologies, and further explores strategies to promote the adoption and diffusion behaviors of digital technologies in construction enterprises. The research results show that the higher the communication benefits, the more inclined enterprises are to adopt digital technologies. The intensity of communication has a positive driving effect on accelerating the adoption and diffusion of digital technologies. The higher the proportion of initially adopted technologies, the more conducive it is to promoting the extensive formation of digital technology adoption decisions.
