The article discusses the importance of leadership for achieving success in businesses focusing on the challenges faced by the senior management, future of leadership trends, and transition of people from manager to leaders in businesses. Particular focus is also given to internal and external powers that impact leadership, increase in the use of robots for managerial purposes in the future, and challenges to be faced by entrepreneurs while preparing to handle the advanced technologies.
