Abstract
This paper focuses on the development of a space antenna transformable reflector 100 m in diameter. Accuracy requirements to the materials characterization are based on the thermal state analysis. The paper contains methods and results of thermal physical and optical characterization of the main construction materials to use in the transformable reflector.
