Abstract

Este texto explora los problemas que han surgido en la justicia de familiachilena con la implementación de salas especiales -denominadas Gesell- paraescuchar a los niños en audiencia confidencial. Estos dicen relación conque posiblemente el recurso no esté siendo utilizado óptimamente por susoperadores, por una serie de razones que van desde su difusa génesishasta la falta de un protocolo uniforme para su utilización.
