Abstract

The author supposes that the main conditions for the implementation of export are four components of the market complex. They are: trade policy, sale, pricing, and advertisement of the enterprise. The paper lists, also, additional conditions necessary to conduct export operations, and describes the stages of conducting export operations. The stage include: preparations for the conclusion of foreign trade contracts, conclusion of a foreign trade contract and implementation of the contract. The foreign trade contract should have the following chapters: subject of the contract, price of the contract, delivery dates for commodities, payment conditions etc. All these chapters are briefly described, and the main terms to be used are discussed.
