Abstract

The study of information and digital regulation of migration processes is a developing interdisciplinary area focused on the study of the spheres of influence of legal regulation of the use of digital technologies in the management of migration processes. In the work, special attention is paid to the lack of a legal basis for the use of information and digital technologies in relation to migrant children, and appropriate recommendations are proposed. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of information and digital regulation of migration processes.
