This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows:. To synthesise the available evidence regarding the benefits and harms of extracorporeal shockwave therapy (focused extracorporeal shockwave therapy and radial pulse therapy) in the treatment of plantar heel pain.
