Environmental education directed to conserve sustainable through positive impact education on the environment. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of Learning Management System (LMS) to eco-literacy. Research technique used is LMS development research with the ADDIE Dick & Carry (1996) model. The implementation this research is carried out in five stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The parameters observed are student eco-literacy measured by knowledge, concern, and attitude. The results showed that the Learning Management System by using Lewinshon criteria can improve the ability of Eco-Literacy, especially in the attitude of caring for the environment. Learning with Learning Management System refers to the Lewinshon criteria that can improve the ability of Eco-Literacy. Learning Management Learning System with Lewinshon criteria can be used as a reference in subsequent research.
