Abstract

Palaearctic species of the Rhamphomyia subgenus Holoclera are revised. Rhampho myia (Holoclera) bistriatella sp. n. (Spain), Rhamphomyia (Holoclera) bohemica sp. n. (Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Switzerland, Austria, Romania, Finland, Sweden), Rhamphomyia (Holoclera) helvetica sp. n. (Spain, Switzerland), Rhamphomyia (Holoclera) portugalica sp. n. (Portugal), and Rhamphomyia (Holoclera) subvariabilis sp. n. (Russia Caucasus) are described and illustrated. A key to the Palaearctic species of Rhamphomyia (Holoclera) is provided.
