El arbitraje de consumo: evolución y régimen actual = Domestic arbitration: evolution and current regime

Abstract

Resumen: Con motivo de la próxima publicación del nuevo Real Decreto de arbitraje de consumo cuyo principal objetivo es mejorar la seguridad de los consumidores y usuarios en su participación en el mercado interno europeo, se escriben estas líneas para trasladar al lector la relevancia de potenciar el sistema arbitral de consumo tanto para resolver las controversias derivadas de las transacciones comer-ciales domésticas así como para identificarlo como símbolo de cali-dad entre las empresas fomentando su competitividad en el mercado. Abstract: Anticipating the upcoming release of the new Royal Decree of Consumer Arbitration, whose main objectives is to improve the safety of consumers and users in their participation in the internal European market, the following lines are written to convey the reader the relevance of strengthening the Consumer Arbitration System in order to solve the controversies derived from the commercial domestic transactions as well as to identify it as a symbol of quality among the companies, encouraging their competitiveness on the market.
