Abstract
This article analyzes some of the most significant elements of the advances of capitalism in its digital era in Brazilian education policy. The methodological perspective is based on the principles of network ethnography in global education policy, adapted to what we call policy networks of digital governance. The software Gephi, web scraping technique, and financialization analysis through Tracxn are employed. The research results focus on three common characteristics of digital educational privatization in Brazilian education policy, which are part of the new global movement of digital educational reforms: techno-educational agendas, policy networks of digital governance, and techno-educational markets of the financialization of the EdTech industry.
