Interventions to improve vaginal health for reducing the risk of HIV acquisition

Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the effectiveness of these vaginal health interventions on; 1.Rates of HIV sero-conversion. 2. Incidence of vaginal infections namely bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis and vaginal candidiasis.
