Abstract

In this study, researchers formulated the problem of whether motivation influences employee performance, and the work environment also influences employee performance at the Bahtera Tuaian Global Batam company. Researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires with a total of 121 respondents. So that researchers have conclusions or results where work motivation on a partial scale has an influence and the work environment also influences employee performance. Meanwhile, the scale of innovation, motivation and work environment both have an effect on the performance of employees in the Bahtera Tuaian Global Batam company
