ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA COMERCIAL AND OPERATIONS MENGGUNAKAN METODE NASA TLX PADA PT XYZ

Abstract

This study analyzes the workload in the Comercial and Operations (COMOPS) department at PT XYZ using the NASA TLX method. High mental workload can affect employee performance, especially in work environments that demand high cognitive abilities. Using the NASA TLX questionnaire, it was found that most employees experience high to very high mental workload. The proposed solution is to increase the number of employees to reduce the average mental workload. This study concludes that a more even distribution of workload can improve employee productivity and well-being. Keywords: Workload, NASA TLX, Mental Workload
