Abstract
The Neurobiology of Cognition and Behavior explores the neurobiological regions associated with specific cognitive functions in the human brain. The text summarizes decades of lesion-deficit correlations to construct a basic map of cognitive functions in the human brain, and also describes network models of more complex cognitive operations. This framework of brain-behavior associations is integrated with patient videos to provide a coherent accounting of the clinical symptoms manifested in neurobehavioral disorders.
