PENYULUHAN HIPERTENSI DAN BAKSOS PEMBERIAN TERAPI BEKAM (HIJAMAH) PADA PASIEN DENGAN HIPERTENSI DI DESA CARUBAN WELERI

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the ten biggest diseases in the world, especially in Indonesia. Hypertension is the silent killer because this disease can affect all organs of the body and if it is not controlled, complications can arise from other disease, one of which is stroke. Prevention that can be done is by checking, treating and doing cupping therapy on a regular basis. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge and awareness of hypertensive patients about non-pharmacological treatment and management ofof hypertension, namely cupping. The forms of activities carried out are counseling and cupping therapy demonstrations at residents homes in the village of Caruban Weleri. The counseling activities that were carried out went well, the participantins seemed enthusiastic in participating in the counseling activities. This is evidenced by the activities running in an orderly and orderly manner, the participants enthusiastically listening to counseling and demonstration/practices of cupping and ending with a photo with the service team.
