Abstract

The morpho-histological analysis of 102 Coris jults kept under standard environmental conditions for more than three months and used for behavioural investigations has shown correlations between colour phases and gonadic state. Stages in transformation from ovary to testis are described. © 1985 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
