Abstract

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effect of surgical interventions for entrapment or compression of the tibial and deep peroneal nerves including TTS. We aim to review the effectiveness of surgery in relieving compression symptoms and promote return to work or resumption of activities of daily living (ADL). We will also seek and assess adverse effects and complications of surgery.
