Abstract

In the municipality of Manizales in the time range 2008- 2013, developed urban housing projects have accelerated dynamics compared to previous years, the result of public policies and economic factors that have promoted and encouraged the practice of construction, so which it is of interest to analyze the particular conditions as the projects were developed, with the support databases developed by unions involved. In this sense, data mining methodology to be implemented, seeking the contrast with the information generated by the Planning Department of the Municipality.
