Abstract

Az Zuhra Pekanbaru Institute is an institution that operates in the field of computer education. Currently, what is widely used in libraries is DIGILIB, a web-based information system, especially at the Az Zuhra Institute in Pekanbaru. The survey results showed that the first problem was that they were not satisfied enough with the existing book collection and the accuracy of the information provided by DIGILIB. The second problem is that the data or processes used are sometimes incorrect or unreliable when students access lectures. This research uses the Usability Testing and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) methods. The purpose of this research is to determine the User Experience on the DIGILIB website. By using the DIGILIB Website Usability Testing method, it was found that the Learnability indicator had the highest rating with a value of 3.38, second place was the Efficiency and Errors indicator. The efficiency with an assessment of 3.33, Errors with an assessment of 3.33, the fourth is Memorability with a value of 3.31, the last is Satisfaction with a value of 3.30, and uses the UEQ Website DIGILIB method on the scale of Attractiveness, Perspiculty, Efficiency, Stimulation, Dependability, and Novelty show positive with an average value above 0.683. In this research, it was found that the user experience on the DIGILIB website, regardless of the services available, provided positive or good value.
