Abstract

The authors describe the case of a young female patient with primary amenorrhea and normal secondary sexual characteristics. The diagnostic investigation demonstrated the occurrence of Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser's syndrome. © Colégio Brasileiro de Radiologia e Diagnóstico por Imagem.
