Analisis Faktor-Faktor Keputusan Pembelian Petani Padi Terhadap Produk Pestisida Nabati

Abstract

The use of chemical pesticides is very high among the farmers. Spraying and mixing pesticides is a common frequency 3-7 days. The pesticide active ingredients have toxic or very toxic harmful to human health. The large number of problems as well as the negative impact caused to use environmentally friendly alternative pesticides, namely pesticides plant. Therefore, it is desirable as a vegetable pesticide ingredients complement and substitute for chemical pesticides. This study has three objectives, namely to know the quantity and quality of plant-based pesticides used padi farmers, analyzing the influence factors in purchasing decisions and simultaneous partial as well as analyze the most dominant factor against the decision of farmers in buying pesticide plant. Method of the determination of the location is done in the village of Ngajum, district of Ngasem, Malang. Method of determination of the respondents use non probability sampling yatu choose respondents who are willing to do an interview, charging a detailed questionnaire and tells the story of a farm in the area. The method of primary data collection through questionnaire and interviews as well as secondary data through the BPS and the literature. Methods of data analysis using logit model analysis. The results showed the factor of price, product availability, effectiveness and influential farmers awareness and a chance in purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the factor of age, income and education do not have the privilege and not influential in purchasing decisions. Keywords:
