Abstract

In order to realize the automatic adjustment of fan with the change of equipment working temperature and reduce the power consumption and noise pollution of military display and control equipment. Firstly, according to the complex working environment of military display and control equipment and the dispersion of high temperature area, the distributed thermistor is used to collect the ambient temperature in real time to accurately grasp the environmental temperature of each point. Then MCU is used to collect and process the collected ambient temperature. According to the temperature change of each point, the fan speed is adjusted by PWM signal output from CPLD, so as to control the working temperature of display and control equipment, which can reduce noise and save unnecessary energy consumption. The air-cooled temperature control system based on PWM adjustment technology has the advantages of convenient and flexible layout of thermistor, rich interface, strong versatility and friendly man-machine interface. It can be widely used in vehicle, shipboard, airborne and other temperature control equipment.
