Visibilidad de las publicaciones científicas: un modo de fortalecerlas

Abstract

At this time, there is a large number of investigations with concrete results; however, these investigations have not been disclosed, they are locked in a library of a university and they have no visibility. The present research shows different ways of increasing and strengthening the visibility of scientific publications; Its methodology is framed in the method of systemic review and documentary research, whose main results indicate that to increase visibility there are alternatives with great potential, since they attract a large number of researchers and academics such as repositories in university libraries, web 2.0 /3.0, scientific social networks, among others, which are electronic platforms and almost all of free access. Finally, the importance of the high visibility of scientific research is exposed, emphasizing a model of applicable research stage as a way of being a validation route for a validated scientific development.
