Abstract

mixed marriage is common thing in indonesia. The data cllwcted by the sivil register office said, this type of marriage is incrasing from time to time. mixid marriage, hawever, has strong relation with women rights concerning nasionality aspect. The regulationt about women right are embodied comprehensively, in both national and international human right instruments. Haweever, the protection og women rights, especially in nationality aspect from the mixed marriage, has not been addressed properly.
