Abstract
Aim: The study aimed to investigate the role of miR-29a in the progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), as well as its molecular mechanism. Methods: Tissue samples were collected from 103 OSCC patients. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the relative expression of miR-29a in OSCC tissues and cell line.
